Position - 2nd Grade Teacher and Director of Learning

Education: BA in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Endorsement from Northwestern College in Orange City.
 

As a classroom teacher, my biggest goal is to make each student feel appreciated and loved for who God created them to be.  I want them to be successful in their learning, no matter what level of learning they are at.  I also want to make learning fun for them.  Learning happens best for students who feel comfortable and accepted in their learning environment.  I also want to walk alongside the parents in their child’s educational journey.  We are a team that works together so each child can succeed in their own way.  

 My favorite Bible verse is Psalm 46.10a - “Be still, and know that I am God.”
